So, I downloaded the Windows version, but I'm not sure how to actually activate it. Can you help me?

I figured out how to use this with the following plugin in RPG Maker MZ!
http://www.yanfly.moe/wiki/Core_Engine_VisuStella_MZ
Just use the parameter rate note tag and use the number in the simple stat table after dividing it by 100.
You should be able to use it without the plugin as well by inputting the values on the actor or class database, by changing parameter rates in the traits list.
